Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:
  • Chicken = 1 kg
  • Garlic paste = 1 tab spoon
  • Ginger paste = 1 tab spoon
  • Green chili Finely Chopped = 3 to 4
  • Black Pepper =  1 tab spoon
  • Garam Maslah = 1 tab spoon
  • Tandori Maslah = 4 tab spoon
  • Coal (Koyla) – 1 Piece

Method:

  • krahi mein oil dal kur Chicken ko lahsen adrak mein 5 se 7 mint tak bhoon len
  • Phir aik cup paani daal ke halki aanch pe 5 se 7 minute ke liyay galnay dain
  • Jub Paani khushk ho jayay to tandoori masaala daal ke achi tarah bhoonain
  • Iskay baad Kaali mirch daal ke 2 se 3 minute tuk bhoonain, itna keh kaali mirchain jalain na
  • Phir aik koylay ko dehkaa keh chicken ke darmayaan aik roti ka tukray ke ooper rukh dain or oil daal ke bujha dain
  • Bhujaatay ke saath he daigchi ko dhakna de ke bund kur dain or 5 se 7 minute ke liyay dum pur rukh dain.
  • Mazay daar Tandoori Chicken Tayyar hay.
