Hara Masala Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Green Masala Ingredients
  • Green coriander = 1bunch
  • Mint = ¼ bunch
  • Green chili = 25
  • Ginger Garlic paste = 1sp
  • White cumin= 1 tsp
  • Garam Maslah = 2 tsp
  • Other Ingredients
  • Beef/ Mutton = 1 ½ kg
  • Onion = 10 medium size
  • Ginger Garlic paste = 2sp
  • White cumin= 1 tsp
  • Plum= 08
  • Potato= 04
  • Garam Maslah = 1 tsp Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt = 2 cup
  • Oil = ½ cup
  • Salt = to taste
  • Tomato = 09
  • Turmeric powder= 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder =2tbsp
  • Yellow colour = 1sp
  • Rice Ingredients
  • Rice = ½ kg
  • Bay leaf =2
  • Cinnamon = 1 inch stick
  • Black Pepper= 7
  • Black cumin = 1tsp
  • Cloves= 7
  • Fennel = 1sp
  • Salt = to taste
  • Oil= 1tsp

Method:

  • First Combine all the ingredients of green masla in a blender and grind to a smooth paste. Keep aside
  • Now take blender again and grind tomatoes
  • Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion till translucent. Now add ginger garlic paste and garam masla and saute till the raw smell disappears
  • Then Add Beef/ mutton and fry 2mint
  • Now Add Tomates paste and cook 30mint and cover the pan and after 30 mint dry the water of tomatoes paste (bhun’na) And Add green Masla ,salt , red chili powder, Turmeric powder now again cover the pan and cook another 30 mints
  • Now Add potatos ,plum, yourt and and cook till the potatos and meat are tender.
  • For the rice Clean and wash the rice.
  • In a large pan, add all the ingredients of rice, and 6 cups of water.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer till the rice is almost cooked. Keep aside.
  • In a large pan, spread the one layer of rice
  • Arrange the Biryani masla over the rice. And then sprinkle top with a pinch of yellow color
  • Make 3 layer like above mention
  • Simmer on low flame for 10 minutes till done.
  • Dish it out and serve.
