Pakistan beat Nepal in Asia Kabaddi Cup

Pakistan team maintained the winning spree in the 2nd Asia Kabbadi Cup by defeating Nepal on the second day of the event here at the Punjab Stadium Friday.

Pakistan played superb kabbadi and kept on scoring the points during the entire match. Nepal players seemed struggling throughout the match and strived hard to score win against the one of the most favourite teams of the event but all their efforts went in vain when Pakistan registered their victory against Nepal with a margin of 53-21.

The Indian players were also in great form and it is likely that Pakistan can face India in the final which will be very interesting as well as thrilling match of the event. India did not allow Sri Lankan to score more than 15 goals and won the match easily by 55-15. In the last match of the day, Iran proved too hot for Afghanistan as they not only played aggressive game but also thrashed their opponents with a big margin of 89-17.

Today (Saturday), Iran will take on Sri Lanka, Pakistan face Afghanistan and India will vie against Nepal.
