Today’s community work demands teamwork. In the old era , teamwork was present but minimized by the individualistic nature of practice. With the passage of time and expansion of social responsibilities the need for teamwork became paramount.
The deficiency in the skills necessary for community work to practice in a team, emphasizing motivation, dedication, and efficiency, became apparent. Although general non profit community work has its own significance but most of these endeavors were conducted in the “solo” mentality, ie, individual organizations, associations particularly skilled and proficient in their own fields but did not value the contribution of others in the community welfare work. Education fostered this mentality of individualism, and community workers/professionals were educated in their fields.
The Team HalaPakistan recognized the trend towards professional community work, calculated the necessities and shortcomings of Pakistani Community in Kuwait and decided to Launch diversified activities which creates direct effect on the betterment of Pakistani community towards Kuwaiti and Other communities in Kuwait.
HalaPakistan.com is an information portal developed to cater for the day to day necessities of Pakistani community in Kuwait. HalaPakistan vows for the recognition of Pakistani Community and highlights the positive aspects of each and every part and activity directly or indirectly related to it.
This is the Editorial section of HalaPakistan.com. Here we will discuss day to day issues related to socio economical problems of our community and try to highlight the different factors, in which are lacking and due to the fact we are facing difficulties.
Another section is open for General Public who can share their views about all aspects of society keeping in view that this is a community based web portal and open for every one. Although sometimes in order to highlight the facts we need to put fingers but again it will be the thought of the individual who is highlighting the facts.
