the Messenger of ALLAH (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) said: ‘Two blessings which many people squander
It was narrated from Abdullah bin Sa’eed bin Abu Hind that his father said: “I heard Ibn ‘Abbas saying that the Messenger of ALLAH (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) said: ‘Two blessings which many people squander: Good health and free time – Sahih Hadith
And indeed We have created man and We know what his soul instils in him
وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الْإِنسَانَ وَنَعْلَمُ مَا تُوَسْوِسُ بِهِ نَفْسُهُ ۖ وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ حَبْلِ الْوَرِيدِ اور بیشک ہم نے آدمی کو پیدا کیا اور ہم جانتے ہیں جو وسوسہ
